PRODUCT SAFETY & RECALLS
Product safety matters to us. GILASCO works to ensure that products offered for sale meet the safety and compliance requirements that apply to them.

BEFORE USING A PRODUCT
Always read and follow the warnings, age restrictions, instructions, ingredients, care information and manufacturer information shown on the product, packaging or product page.

ONLINE PRODUCT INFORMATION
Where required, GILASCO product pages will display information that allows the product to be identified, relevant manufacturer or EU responsible-person details, and applicable warnings or safety information.

PRODUCT RECALLS
If a product sold by GILASCO is recalled for safety reasons, the recall will be published on this page where appropriate and affected customers will be contacted when required and contact details are available.
Each recall notice should show:
Product name and photo
SKU / barcode / batch information where relevant
Date of recall
Reason for recall and safety risk
Which products are affected
What the customer should do
Available remedy and return/refund instructions

REPORT A PRODUCT SAFETY CONCERN
If you believe a product purchased from GILASCO may be unsafe, stop using it where appropriate and contact Customer Care. Please provide the product name, barcode or SKU if available, purchase date, order number or receipt if available, a description of the problem and photos where useful.
