2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to consumer purchases made through the GILASCO online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under Spanish and European Union law are not limited by these Terms.

3. Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, ingredients, warnings and other information accurately. Screen settings can cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Product packaging may change before website images are updated; where mandatory information differs, the information supplied with the product applies.

4. Prices
Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery cost or other charge payable by you will be shown before you place the order. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period and while applicable stock is available.

5. Ordering and contract formation
Products placed in your basket are not reserved. Before placing the order, you can review the products, quantities, delivery information and total price. When you press the final purchase button, you submit an order with an obligation to pay. We will send an electronic order confirmation. An order may be rejected where payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, fraud is suspected, delivery is not possible or an obvious error has occurred.

6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is handled through the payment method selected by you and may involve a third-party payment provider. We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card details through email or Customer Care forms.

7. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for that item. We may ship the remaining available items unless the entire order must be cancelled for operational reasons.

8. Delivery
Available delivery methods, shipping costs and the estimated delivery time are displayed before the order is placed. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, high demand, courier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless another period has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered within the legal maximum period applicable to the sale.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns
For most online purchases, consumers have a right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. 10. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise lack conformity, statutory consumer remedies apply. Depending on the circumstances, these can include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination/refund. For goods covered by Spain’s statutory guarantee rules, the legal guarantee is generally three years from delivery.

11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may be limited by date, product, quantity, sales channel or stock. Unless a promotion states otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, may be limited to one use, may not be combined with other codes and may exclude selected products or categories.

12. Obvious errors
We may correct obvious technical, description, stock, pricing or discount errors. If an obvious error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and apply the remedy permitted by applicable law. We will not intentionally use this clause to avoid a legitimate advertised price.

13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach, subject always to applicable law.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you also retain any mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of your habitual residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined by mandatory consumer law.
